Based in Victoria, BC, Lynne Salvacion serves as the Leasing Coordinator for Ironclad Properties, overseeing the leasing team and providing guidance to team members. She shares her expertise and best practices to ensure prospects enjoy a seamless and exceptional leasing experience across our communities.

Lynne is known for her consistency, reliability, and attention to detail. Behind the scenes, she puts great care into preparing every showing and move-in—ensuring paperwork is in order, suites are clean and ready, and the process feels smooth from start to finish. Her approach to customer service is grounded in communication, clarity, and a genuine desire to make things easy for every resident.

Originally from the southern Philippines and raised in Gimli, Manitoba, Lynne blends her cultural roots with a love for creativity and exploration. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, fitness, fashion, and discovering new culinary experiences. A talented self-taught designer, she has been sewing since she was 14—often creating custom outfits for herself and others.

Lynne has been a trusted mentor and behind-the-scenes support for our leasing staff at 10th Line, consistently offering guidance rooted in her commitment to tenant care. She leads by example, instilling the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every new resident.
